The Help Zone is located on the Ground Level with the Nucleus: Student Hub Help Zone.

• Visit us during staffed hours for assistance with your enquiries

• Search for items via the Library collection computer
• Borrow laptops from the self-service loan lockers
• Charge your devices in the device charging lockers

Borrow and return items

Paddington Library collection items are housed on the Ground Level. See Paddington Library's collection range for more information.

You can borrow/return items using the self-check machine and return loans via the return chute located near the Help Zone. The after hours return chute is open 24hrs a day and located at Gate 1 on Greens Road.

High Use Collection room

Pick up interlibrary loans, DVD and other requested items in the High Use Collection room located near the kitchenette.

Borrow and return items using the self-check machine in the High Use Collection room. Late return of these items will incur fines.

Find a variety of single and collaborative desks including booths.

• Collaborative study desks include some that are height adjustable
• Bookable meeting rooms with AV technology (via Art & Design Booking System)

Computers

iMac Computers are available near the kitchenette with one Windows computer available to play multimedia.

UNSW students can borrow laptops from a self-service loan locker at the Help Zone.

For UNSW student and staff Wi-Fi access, UNSW Wireless Network (UniWide) is available throughout the Library for use with personal devices. University visitors may use their personal device to access the UNSW guest Wi-Fi service.

Print/copy/scanner is available at the Print/Copy station in the High Use Collection room. Help phone is located at the Print/Copy stations for print copy scan enquiries. Further assistance is available at the Help Zone.

Add credit to your UNSW ID card at any recharge kiosk, outside the High Use Collection room or pay online. See UNSW IT Printing for for charges.
