Looking for a place to study at Main Library?

Main Library has a wide range of brand new furniture that is sure to suit your study and relaxation needs:
- Comfortable couch and high-back chair on Level 3 & 4
- Carrel desks - with partitions for privacy, built-in desk light and power points for your devices on Level 3, 4, 6 & 7
- Sit-stand desks - height-adjustable, private, built-in desk light and charging points for your devices on Level 4, 6 & 7
- Collaboration space on Level 4 with teepee presentation boards - these are large whiteboards for brainstorming projects with felt panel to pin up notes. Great for group work or individual study and with charging points for your devices
In the Postgraduate Study Space on Level 4, you can find:
- Spacious, height-adjustable desks with partitions for privacy and charging points for your devices - located in the study area
- Long couch for studying, relaxing, socialising and eating - located in the kitchenette
A variety of bookable study spaces are available throughout the Library - book a space in advance or if a space is free you can book it on the spot using the QR code.
